These documents are the core literature about the Financial Investments SIS. Copies of these documents should be given the client, and kept on file by the IFA.
Financial Investments SIS Application Form
Each client must complete an application form before we can process the application, whether they have an individual scheme or are members of a group scheme.
If you wish to use Financial Investments wealth management services you will need to complete a seperate application form available from the wealth management team.
Financial Investments SIS Trust Deed
This deed should be completed by the client as member trustee.
Authority
This form allows the client to give authority to an IFA to access information and give instructions on the clients behalf.
Adviser Remuneration Form
This should be completed by the client to indicate how they would like their IFA to be renumerated for arranging the pension scheme.
Transfer In Form
One copy of this form should be completed for each pension the client wishes to transfer into their SIS.
Benefit Payment Form
If the client wishes to take immediate benefits from their scheme this should be completed (e.g. pensions are being consolidated before releasing Tax Free Cash).
Expression Of Wish
This form covers how the client would like their pension to be proportioned to their beneficiaries in the event of death.
